The Challenge
Beacon Hospital’s Patient Services Team plays a vital role in the overall experience of patients and visitors. The hospital wanted a modern, refined uniform that reflected their reputation for excellence in healthcare — a look that would be both professional and approachable, while remaining practical for day-to-day hospital activity.
Our Approach
Corporate Workwear collaborated closely with the Beacon team to understand their needs, brand standards, and staff preferences. Our goal was to design a smart, cohesive uniform range that upheld the hospital’s image and felt comfortable throughout long shifts.
Choosing the Right Fabrics
We chose a sharp navy pin dot suiting fabric with elegant gold accents, offering a contemporary yet timeless style. This was paired with either an off-white, easy-care blouse or a crisp white shirt, giving teams options while ensuring consistency. To bring the entire look together, we designed a bespoke scarf and tie featuring all three colours, adding a stylish and unified finishing touch.
The Result
The final uniform range delivered on every level — offering staff a flattering and professional look that they are genuinely happy to wear. The designs mirror the hospital’s forward-thinking brand identity while ensuring day-long comfort, easy maintenance, and visual consistency across the Patient Services Team. It’s a standout example of how thoughtful uniform design can enhance both staff morale and the patient experience.
